Topic: B/W

Is it better to set the camera to B/W for shooting, or change an image to B/W later, in image processing? Is it really all the same? Does it make a difference when looking through the camera, in terms of how we see? Any photos related to this could be posted on the group page called "Black and White in camera, or later?" Could also experiment here with images that are shot in color but look like b/w.
